    Hi Mr Brown

    and all you bloggers and netizens out there!!!

    I’m sure many of us must have subscribed to StarHub to watch the World Cup eh…Bo bian wat, only cable channel in Singapore… But there’s one thing that irks me and I still don’t get it. Why the good people at Starhub are making us pay extra for the stupidly absolutely redundant Tactical Channel (Ch 28) and Cam A and Cam B Channels. Who the fish wanna watch little dots move around on a field? What are they thinking? Only coaches and perhaps to a certain extent, football players and aspiring-to-be-Singapore-nationals S-League players would be interested. You think we give a shit?

    And what about those dastardly Cam A and Cam B channels? I switched to Cam A channel to see what is going on during England’s match with Trinidad and Tobago. For 1 minute, I saw this – David Beckham scratches his head, Beckham watches, Beckham looks around – what the fish – nothing at all to see…seriously why can’t we have one channel show the alternative match? Especially during this stage in the last Group games when both matches from the same Group are played at the same time – instead of showing coloured poka dots around the pitch. Play FM not enough ar? Have to see this on TV in real life.

    StarHub, please please scrap this stupid arrangment for the next European Championships!!! As if making us pay for the extra subscription PREMIUM channels is not the most ingenious act of making extra money already…
