History of cat blogging

Quite apt that I found this graphic (via Friskodude), seeing as I’ve been talking a lot about Jake the Cat, and been pointed to a couple of cat blogs in response:

While I started out on Blogger, and am a Flickr Pro account holder, I haven’t really (like Friskodude) gotten into YouTube, or the latest blogging accessory – Twitter. Sure I got an account and all that (had to – everyone else had one), but I struggle to find something to write and text the whole world about, unlike some people I know, who are able to report to their audience while sitting on the crapper – 1.47pm: Used four squares of toilet paper today. Not bad for single ply use. Must do better next time for the sake of tackling global climate change…

    Thanks. I really liked that ad at the bottom of your page: Get Paid, Post Your Point of View, Helium, Where Knowledge Rules.

    My cat probably gets paid more than that ad. Still, I’m glad you’re checking in. Did you hear about my experiences over the last 8 months? Gad. And I thought I would lose some weight with that bad cuisine. Nope. But at least I’m out and a free man.

    Also, have you ever seen my Singapore Handbook from Moon Publications? I saw it many years ago for sale at Borders Books on Orchard Road, but basically I’ve always been banned from Singapore for my political writings. The book never sold, but then who’s going to bother buying a guide to a small place like Singapore? It’s sad, I actually like Singapore and think more tourists should spend more time there.

    My Singapore Handbook is the best travel guidebook ever written to Singapore. I know, I’ve read all the other books, but it ended up a huge effort with almost no financial gains on my part. And the Singapore tourist office….
