Last year’s cookies

We’ve decided to stick to other, sim­pler shapes for this year’s Christ­mas cook­ies because our gin­ger­bread men fell apart in var­i­ous stages of the bak­ing process, ren­der­ing them unrecognizable.

The cool­ing rack looks more like a crime scene.
