    I must have Willie’s Choco­late Fac­tory Cook­book (please!)
    as my hus­band and I have been watch­ing the show since July this year when (I think) it first aired on DTL! I can­not get enough of it; in fact, I was over­joyed that I was at home in Sin­ga­pore for Christ­mas, so I could watch his Christ­mas spe­cial.… twice! .

    In August, I had a 12 hour stopover in Lon­don for work, which was just enough to find Charlie’s Choco­late in a store in the UK, but not long enough to find the book! I really respect what Willie is try­ing to do.….. bring­ing health and tra­di­tion back into choco­late, and also sup­port­ing devel­op­ment in Venezeula. I would love to cook his recipes and bring Willie’s infec­tious choco­late joy to Sin­ga­pore — to my fam­ily, my work­mates, church­mates, and neigh­bours — and get them watch­ing Willy too.

    I really wish I could even­tu­ally help Willy do a world tour and come in per­son to Sin­ga­pore and sell his pro­duce (if only for my own guilty pleasures.…)
