Some nights I sit at my desk try­ing to type up some­thing for an arti­cle, or look­ing for non­sense news online, I turn and see Jake lying on the chair behind me. He’s pretty con­tent to sleep near me most days, and he’s been a real sweetie with every­one lately. And that has prob­a­bly got noth­ing to do with the fact that he recently destroyed his fifth full toi­let roll when I for­got to close the bath­room door.

    Linus does that too. She likes to sleep on the tv when I am watch­ing it, sleep on the cab­i­net when I’m in my brother’s room, sleep on my study table when I’m sleep­ing in my room, and when I bathe (because I bathe with my door open), she’ll be at the door, machiam like guard­ing me like that. Quite sweet right, when all they want is to be near you.

    And it prob­a­bly has noth­ing to do with the fact that she stole my beef while I was thaw­ing it out and had my back turned for 2 secs.

    Hahaha…
    Mine always did that. Some love to shred into bits. But so fun to see their mis­chief. Yah, also fun to see them fell while sleep­ing on TV, cab­i­nets, shelves. They just picked them­selves up and con­tin­ued to sleep on same place where they fell. Never regret giv­ing them a safe shelter.
