Fiona Xie was pho­tographed out­side the sub­or­di­nate courts on Mon­day, the same day the two bloggers/forummers were charged with sedi­tion. One of Mr Miyagi’s oper­a­tives (court report­ing sec­tion) caught up with her and asked her some search­ing questions:

FX: …

MMO: Do you think the blog­gers deserved being charged?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Whose bone?

FX: It’s everyone’s responsibility.

MMO: What do you think of Rock­son say­ing, “I am in the National Sta­dium hold­ing my horse and pak chiu cheng with Fiona Xie naked picture”?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Horse. He calls it his ‘horse’.

FX: What?

MMO: Never mind. So where are you off to?

MMO: Yeah, how come you’ve got two Citibank credit cards? Is one a sup­ple­men­tary card?

MMO: Are you ever going to blog again?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and it’s none of your busi­ness. I will have a new blog, but it’s pri­vate but you can pay Medi­a­corp a sub­scrip­tion so you can read my daily entries.

MMO: Can peo­ple leave comments?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Enough about bones already. A mag­a­zine writer once said of you: “Fiona Xie would attend the open­ing of an umbrella”. Is that true? Are you an atten­tion seeker?
